Its simple

3. Wait for it to arrive!

I'd like this to sound like its really complicated but it isn't.

You have an area 19cm wide by  8.5cm tall. Inside that area you do your design in as many colours as you like. You can add text and pictures, just pictures, its as limiting as your imagination!!
