Terms and Conditions
You can order with us online (24hrs a day, 364 days a year)
To place an order on the website, simply select the chosen item/s and add them to your basket. You will be able to adjust the quantity of items once you go to check your basket. Once you have completed your selection you can then proceed to the checkout to enter payment and delivery details.
You can also place your order by telephone during normal office hours.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Solo, Electron, Cheque and Electronic Funds Transfer via paypal or you can send a cheque to Gostickit, Millway, Northgate, Pinchbeck, Spalding PE113SQ
All orders placed online will be treated as an offer to purchase goods from us. Any automated reply that you receive from our online ordering system shall not be deemed as our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods. We will only accept your offer and, therefore, a contract shall only be made once we despatch the goods to you. We reserve the right to refuse or reject any offer to purchase at any time. If we decide not to proceed with your order we will contact you by telephone or email.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
All orders are despatched either by Royal Mail or Courier depending on size of order or customer request. A signature will be required as proof of delivery. Items are generally despatched within 3 days of order, often quicker. If you need an item by a certain date please contact us for a confirmation before ordering.
REFUND / RETURN POLICY
All goods will be refunded if proven to be faulty or substandard. This is subject to the items being returned in the condition and packing as they left Gostickit.
Personalised items will require a confirmation of design before despatch. If you agree the design, it cannot be returned unless proven to be faulty. All goods must be returned within 14 days to qualify for a full refund. We ask you make us aware of any problems as quickly as possible so that we may try and find a solution to suitable to both parties.
CANCELLATION
We aim to despath goods a soon as possible. If you change your mind about an order and want to cancel please inform us as soon as possible. If an item has been personalised and agreed you cannot cancel the item.

We want our customers to shop with confidence, and we offer the assurance that no credit card or debit card fraud has ever resulted from making an online purchase with Gostickit.co.uk

Any attempts to use credit cards fraudulently will be handed straight to the police in the region where the fraud originated. We are committed to our fight against fraud and will prosecute every case to the full extent of the law. All orders placed must pass a series of strict security checks before being dispatched and we trust that our genuine customers will understand the reasons for this.
We can only deliver to the card holder’s registered address or to a business address. Deliveries of products over £100 are made by courier and will need a signature to accept them.
If there is insufficient stock to make up your order we will dispatch your goods once stock has been received. We will either email or telephone you to let you know the situation.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
At Gostickit we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy describes our privacy practices and policy regarding the collection and use of information (including personally identifiable information) made available to us through www.gostickit.co.uk website.
We do not store ANY credit card details or financial details. Any transactions carried out over the telephone will be dealt with by senior members of the team. It is company practise to NOT write any details down. Transactions are carried out directly onto computer. Anyone found to no adhere to this practise is liable to dismissal.
Transactions carried out on the website are handled by third party payment companies who handle all customer details. We only receive confirmation of payment.
Product Availability
We try very hard to ensure that all of our products are in stock at all times – but all items are subject to availability and some line may be withdrawn without notice.
All statements, guarantees or warranties in our terms of trading are in addition to & do not affect your statutory rights
